I started this a while back in the old tribal grounds forum and figured it'd be another fun, summer thread to post in while we wait for august.
Obviously, feel free to share about your memorable home and/or away games you watched your fav SBC play. Hell, you can also post one of one where you weren't a fan of either teams.
Favourite road game was beating Memphis with a hail Mary. It was priceless sitting with UM fans and going nuts while they were stunned. At home was the total domination of MTSU while clinching the SBC title.
Conference wise, 2012 ULM/MTSU games were amazing-never thought we could have an electric crowd like that for a conference game.
I went with some friends of mine that were attending Fayetteville at the time to the 2010 Liberty Bowl between Arkansas and ECU and because of a mistake I ended up by myself in the Pirate section...BOY DID ECU blow that game. lol At the time I was absolutely miserable and cold but looking back on it it was a pretty entertaining game.
@ MTSU 2011: Clinched our first conference title in 6 years. Turned out to be our last trip to Smurfville as SBC Members.
vs MTSU 2012: Just because it was the best I have ever seen ASU play in history.
Best day: In 07 I snagged free tickets to watch Ole Miss host Arkansas at 11:30am. Watched the Rebels dominate for 4 quarters, and then drove back to Jonesboro in time to arrive and watch ASU beat FIU on homecoming.
I still know of very few people who have attended two FBS College Football Games in the same day.

Favorite Home Game
2005 FCS Semifinal game vs Furman.
Playing our longtime rivals for a shot at the National Championship.
They beat us in the regular season by 3 at their place.
Our starting QB goes down and back up Trey Elder steps in and leads us to a victory.
But not without some dramatic moments like Furman's QB, Ingle Martin, having a clear shot at a touchdown, falls down untouched at App's 2 and App's defense holds on 4th down.
Late in the game, Furman has the ball looking to take the lead in what would be their last chance. Martin drops back to pass and has the ball knocked out of his hands by Jason Hunter. The ball was picked up by Omar Byrom and he runs it back to Furman's 1, with only a few seconds left. First trip to the National Championship was just delivered.
Honorable Mention, Halloween 2008, Friday night. One of the best football atmosphere I've ever experienced at Kidd Brewer and the 2007 semifinal game versus Richmond. Armanti Edwards put on a show that would be very difficult to top, over 300 yds rushing, 4 rushing TD's, nearly 200 yds passing with 3 passing TD's.
Favorite Away Game
No brainer for me, Elon 2011...just kidding, although that game saw App down 21-0, with the conference championship on the line, only to see them win 28-24. Just a few days before that game, Elon, apparently testing a web page congratulating the team on their conference championship, went live for a few hours...can you say egg on your face? Somebody has to have a screenshot of that page.
Seriously...favorite away game is the Michigan game.
Favorite home game is us against Furman in 2005. They were ranked number 1 in the country and we scored with less than 2 minutes left to take the lead. We then had an interception to end the game. Another reason that is my favorite game, is there is a picture of the interception and me displaying my great jumping ability. haha.
Favorite away game would be our game against App in 07 the year they beat Michigan. I also believe they had some sort of home game win streak going for them as well that we took away.

That game is tied with the 2010 upset over App in overtime as my favorite home game. Both were awesome and huge eruptions from the fans when they ended.
My favorite away game is hands down the "Miracle in Murphysboro" from 2006. We scored two touchdowns in the final 2:19 of the game to win 21-20... awesome game with a ton of unhappy muts afterward.
My favorite home game is from 2007 when we stomped Okie St. 41-23. It took me about 3 days to completely dry out after the torrential downpours during halftime. This is also the game that lead to Mike Gundy's "I'm a man" rant.
Home: 2010? vs Appy. This was Monken's 1st year as coach and we were struggling that season. App came to Paulson ranked #1. It was an epic game (one of many) that ended when App's QB fumbled the ball in the red zone and GS recovered with time running out. People posts clips of that all the time. After that GS went on an 7-8 game winning streak including a all the way to the FCS semifinals. The revenge game in 1999 in the playoffs against UMASS was another great one.
Away: 2013 UF, great game and beating the gators in the swamp is something I will always remember (just wish I took a couple group pics of us there, dangit).
The 2011 Bama game and 1999 Oregon State games were my next 2 favorites. The whole weekend for the bama game was great (except the traffic after the game trying to get back to the hotel, )
Favorite home game is that Richmond game. You just knew you were watching greatness at work. Close second when the Apps took down #1 Marshall on a wet, foggy night in 1994. Best road game, no question Michigan with the 1975 win at South Carolina coming in second.
Most fun game, 2010 playoff game vs Western Illinois.
Have to agree with others on the Richmond win in the semis and the App offense show that night.
All three national championship games were memorable, though I must say seeing Richie Williams hobble into the game in 2005 and lead the team to the win will long be a favorite.
Of course, 2007 at Michigan was pretty much fun, too.
Can't wait to add SunBelt memories and stadia to the list!
Troy (1-2) played an aggressive, emotional game in front of their home crowd after opening the season with lopsided road losses to No. 16 Arkansas and No. 5 Florida. It was possibly Troy's biggest win since Sept. 9, 2004, when then-No. 17 Missouri, also of the Big 12, came to Troy and was upset by the Trojans 24-14.
Thanks for the link. Was also at that Missouri game but, father-in-law at the time, was an avid OK State Cowboy. I milked this win for 2 years and it enraged him. Sent him a TROY shirt for Christmas along with a TROY watch that year just as reminders. I hated that bas#$%@#.
Otherwise, love to all mankind and Go T-ROY
