RE: Phil Steele's Preseason All Sun Belt Team
I hope Tacoi Sumler has a breakout year, but is there any reason he is on this list other than his reputation from high school? I know we have been stacked at WR, but it seems strange to predict he will be a top 12 WR in an FBS conference when he didn't see the field the last 2 years.

We may not have more talent overall than App but I'm confident we're at least as good on the lines as they are.

Chop blocking isn't going to cut it at this level.

Good thing we didn't teach chop blocks.

Contrary to what some Ga. Southern fans say our offense is going to change a good bit as we move away from the triple option flexbone.

The thing is we're going to a simpler blocking scheme, and one that relies less on one-on-one matchups. The blocking schemes in the flexbone were insanely complicated. Zone blocking in a spread-to-run offense is the easiest transition we could be making. Based on what I saw in the spring game, we're adapting to it well.

For some reason a certain former coach at fElon comes to mind.
