I totally want one of those couches and recliners for my man-cave.
a lot of schools could cash in big time selling couches and recliners like that
hopefully Texas State will make a bowl game this year

Texas State has spent close to 100 million on the athletic complexes over the last ten years. I hope you guys have a chance to come see it in person. What is going on with the stadium at UMass?

Good looking stadium and I'm looking forward to visiting there this fall...gotta say it's a bit weird though to have the bulk of the seating in the end zone.

About half is the NEZ (14K of 30K). When it is warranted we'll be expanding up (on the west side) and then closing in to the SEZ complex to bring the total to 45K but there isn't the need (or funds?) right now. They have built an Alumni/Bobcat Club Pavilion between the east stands and the SEZ. It was supposed to open for Homecoming last year but construction company issues and weather delayed it a whole lot. The picture is, I believe, from 2012.
It's a heck of a lot different than what GaSouth fans saw in 2005.

Funny, you guys have a donor pavilion, North Texas has a Alumni pavilion. Both must have been designed by the same group that designs Quick Lube shops. Not a real fan of ours but I guess it serves the purpose.
BTW, Tx State has a really nice stadium. Completing the rest of the bottom end zone would really be sweet.

I will give UNT credit, getting Apogee built was a huge step for their football program. I know they sort of screwed themselves up by hiring Todd Dodge, but their previous stadium wasn't helping matters.

RE: TXST's Football Teams' New Digs
One of the things I like most about our stadium...something that I think is underrated in stadiums in general, especially smaller stadiums...which may be hard to tell from pictures...is that we have a concourse level that runs throughout the whole stadium. You can go up (or down) to the concourse level to the concessions and bathroom and still see the whole field. You can walk from one side of the stadium to the other without going up/down stairs or if its crowded, bottlenecking thru gates, walkways, or tunnels.

I really like the finished facade. I hope Paulson Stadium gets to that point!

The stadium looks nice. I would like to see App do the same with our north end zone in the near future.

actually if you look it is not formica it is a solid surface counter top often called by the brand name corian
you can tell that when you look at the sink cutout and see the top is all one solid piece of material
