Looks like quite a lot of bang for the buck ( 1.8 Mil for a nice building in Downtown near UAB with 11 apartments in it) .

When I hear 15th street the first thing that comes to mind is the old 15th street building where I had math classes as some computer classes. These lofts are about 4 blocks up the hill from that old location.

1228 15th St. South is the address.
The development is next to Phelan Park just south of the UAB campus.

Ernest little used to live in one of those old houses at that exact spot.
There was a row of mostly dilapidated, boarded up houses right there across from the park and dreamland..
