And in other news, Owls Stop the Aggies
... from installing field turf.

Several times in the past, the owls would fly around games, sometimes
perching in the South end zone.

Good Luck? Bad Karma? Rename NMSU to the Owls?

All birds are protected unless it is an invasive species or it is in season.
But the burrowing owl isn't a threatened species or anything. Feel free to kill all the starlings you want though.
