Shocked they had a spring game honestly from all the hoopla about it wasn't in the budget. #4 has a little Rivers lite delivery to the ball, with some zip. I haven't been to any HS football games in Atlanta, but I'd imagine that has got to be a HS's practice field? It didn't look like there were stands on the other side?

Definitely a weird throwing motion. We'll see how he pans out as he looks like the starter coming out of Spring.

It's our Soccer field. We had a day of it. Spring Game first, then Soccer, then baseball.

Have a friend who does Mall of Georgia to Downtown daily. But he takes the Gwinnett transit bus.

I do Midtown to Wendy Hill daily. 20 minutes there, about 45 minutes back. Pays to live in the city. Traffic is much worse for folks that live outside the city.

Work near airport and it's less than 20 minutes to East Atlanta. I will say that traveling intown is made better by through streets and alternative routes. Also the South side traffic is better than topside. Its still nuts.

Having our Spring game on Friday night certainly didn't help attendance. Probably get twice as many if it were on Saturday like it's supposed to be. Not sure whose bright idea that was. 03-banghead

stAte's was Friday night too - for the first time ever as far as I know - but drew a good crowd and was the most fun spring game ever, according to most.

Also Good Friday. I expected a lot of people to head to the lake and skip it, but attendance was pretty darn good.

Cool. A traffic thread. It takes me about 10-12 minutes depending on traffic and stop lights 03-banghead. I know right?

what? no way. I grew up in Atlanta. traffic in Charlotte is cake. haha

I didnt want to say it...but...lol.

my drive to work with no traffic. 20 minutes.

my drive to work in "heavy" traffic. 35 minutes. lol

same drive in atlanta. 1.5 hours.
If I hit the lights right, getting to work takes me 3 minutes. If I don't, 6.

In DC, my commute was over an hour each way, so my current commute is a huge upgrade.

Also, Charlotte's official spring game attendance was a little over 9,000, but in reality it was probably around 6,000.
