So that's what the Harrington watch thing was.
I should start a Robe one. He's approaching the 1,000 mark. He's at 974 now. Hopefully Coach Harrington and those Texas St. boys will give him #975, 976, and 977 this weekend. ;-)

Harrington has only been a head coach for 15 years - all at TXST. We avg 60+- games a year so even if TXST never lost a game, in all those years, the most he'd have would be in the 800's. (as you can see in the picture - 868 to date with 14 games & the tourney left)
I was really worried he wouldn't get a win until the Troy series (to hit 500) so the W vs Baylor was extra sweet.

After my last post I looked at both of the coaches W-L record during the same time period (2000-2014). Robichaux got to 500 last year.
If you look at each of the coaches first 15 years (Robe 87-01, Harrington 00-present), they both reached the 500 mark around the middle of their 15th seasons.
Wasn't trying to say you guys don't have a good coach, because you do. Was just pointing out that Robe was also reaching a career milestone, and also talking a little smack in the process. :-)
Hey who knows, with a good post season run, maybe Robe can start sniffing that 1000 mark this season.

The team picked those out. I think we posted pics when they were first shown before the season started. They're horrendous (along with the powder blue counterparts)

I totally got your OP. Just putting Harrington's facts out.
He is from the Waco area, too, so that makes it even extra special. Wish our teams didn't have a UT block because a milestone win over them would just have been even better.
We'll have to do a Robe watch next season. However, who knows what will happen post season. Maybe he'll have a chance this year. 26 games wouldn't be unexpected with a run into regionals and beyond.

Could come as the Cajuns dog pile in Omaheaux.

There is not a single person who wouldn't love to see that. As long as ASU is the one dogpiling in Mobile...that's fine.
