Baseball RPIs and projected finish
This is from Warren Nolan. The first number is the current RPI. The second is the projected RPI at season's end:

Louisiana 14 --- 14
Ark. St. 42---- 41
Western Ky. 73----61
Texas St. 89--- 96
South Al. 124---132
ULM 149---143
UALR 154---146
Texas-Ar. 155---164
Troy 156----167
Ga. State 168---174

Ga. Southern 107---111
App. St. 177---178

If this turns out to be correct Ark. St. at 41 RPI would certainly have an argument for an at-large.

This is one sport where we would bring real value. But the Cajuns run this year has been incredible.

41 won't get AState in. That's bubble at best and right now no compelling wins to sway the committee.

correct. The projection in this case is assuming we lose two to ULL, and lose to Ole Miss. That would give us only two RPI top 50 wins this year...not enough by far.

We're going to need to win those games if we want an at large...while still winning our other series.

So I heard. Some guys named Knucklehead asked Kendall Rogers about those games during his weekly chat.
