Are you insinuating that the Troy athletic program is "dead"?

RE: OT: THE WALKING DEAD DISCUSSION
I admit that I'd never watched The Walking Dead until I got NetFlix about 2 months ago. I watched the first episode and got hooked. I watched the first 3 seasons in less than a week. I'll wait until they load the next season before I watch any more. For those that have NetFlix, also check out Breaking Bad and Dexter.

You can find them from the beginning on YouTube. Someone has posted them frame by frame. Just search walking dead issue.

The amazing thing about the success of the show is that it has achieved so much depsite the apparent subject matter. I always have to explain to people that it is not a "horror" or slasher type of show. My 60+ yo dad watches it.

Throw in the fact that it is on a network that isn't available to all and has a relatively unknown cast that is being shafted by the awards shows and it is pretty remarkable.

I'm really excited to see the spin-off show come on too... That's gonna be interesting to see how they take it.

Me too. Another location with a whole new group and starting at the outset is what I hear they will do. There is a lot they can do with the concept.
