The 55,000 sqft expansion to the IPF is expected to begin next week. It feels like this has been dragging along but it is good to get things underway.

Do you know if they will have live webcams for the construction as they did for the turf installation?

I am not sure, but if the do it should be for the Athletic Complex. The end zone seating I don't really care about.

But the Athletic Complex and new video board that will be the 2nd largest in the state will be nice.

What is this new video board you speak of? I haven't heard anything about a new video board… now you got me excited!! Any idea where the board will be?

I was under the impression that was a Tier 2 project. Is this actually happening in Tier 1? As in, will we possibly have it for this coming season?

Very impressive. Can't wait for the chance to visit your stadium and enjoy some of this legendary tailgating. Since it's at least 3 years before this happens, it'll give me some time to save up (money and points with the wife). I'm thinking a guys weekend where we stay in N.O. and drive in for the game.

While NOLA is a nice enough party town, the food is both better [I know this is a matter of taste; mine prefers Cajun to New Orleans.] and less expensive in and around Lafayette.

And for a party, just show up around 10AM game day and join one already in progress. Please don't insult your host by bringing food or drink.. Though you could get by with the drink part.
