The game is set for CBS on Friday at 12:15pm/ET.

I think this is a great draw for the Bears. Especially considering the other #3 seeds out there. Duke is the easier of the group, and their name carries a lot of weight.

I haven't looked up specific stats yet, but I want to compare 3 point shooting/defense numbers. Everyone seems to mention the 3-point shot as Duke's preferred method of scoring. I say Duke is easier because I've seen Iowa State, Syracuse, and Creighton play multiple times this year. I know at quick glance they aren't as tough as them.

Will be in Raleigh on Friday lending my support to the Bears. I saw Duke lose the ACC championship game in person and hope to get to see them lose their second in a row on Friday.
At the risk though of stating the obvious, Jabari Parker is a player. He has good range but can also get it done inside. Has Hoffman said anything about how he plans to defend him?

That's great you'll be there! We need as many fans for Mercer and against Duke as possible!

I haven't heard much strategy from Hoffman. I think he's keeping that to himself. NBA TV interviewed the team and asked Gollon how he would handle Parker. He said he's up for the challenge and he has great help around him. Mercer does have the overall team height advantage, at least.

They've got to settle down and just play. Duke is frantic. Make your damn layups!

I liked to that the students largely had the Mercer section across from their bench. They were rowdy the whole game.
