Pine trees, an ice bucket, first aid kit, a stretcher...how about an axe?

I can't think of anything else.

Too succinct.

Too succinct.

You're right; battle of the two teams who's ability, fan base, and legacy dominated the SOCON and the FCS for a decade becoming the Alabama and Auburn of said division and conference and through that making the SOCON the SEC of the FCS.

I can't think of anything else.

Could see an axe.
How about a pair of boxing gloves, either both black and blue or
one of each.

Not a bad idea, but the gloves would need to be hard and shiny, like a trophy. Anyway to get boxing gloves made out of helmet material?

I'll jump in, I like the idea of a "Black and Blue bowl." Since we both display multiple NCAA championship flags. How about a Flag that goes to the winner, one side Black with the block A and the other Blue with the GS. There could be big show of it with a flag raising ceremony before the game and some sort of handoff to the victor by either school's ROTC in the event the flag changes hands.

I really dig this idea.

That's actually an awesome idea.

RE: Top Games for 2014 Football Season
Ole Miss will be the biggest test. They were much improved this season and look to be even better this year. Not sure what to expect from Boise State. I look forward to whipping the LA Nechsters at home!

I agree those are very interesting games. If ULL continues to be a top team in the conference, it'll be good to compare one of our top's to one of the MW top's and an SEC middle. I know La Tech is a rivalry of sorts, but I'm not sure they will be a challenge in the second year of Holtz, especially on September 6 at Cajun Field.

I'm psyched about watching SBC games as a conference rival and I know the Cajuns will be one of the teams I have programmed for scoring alerts.
