USA wins 63-53. Texas State needs UTA to hold on and beat Troy to have a chance to go to the SBC Tournament. If Troy wins then Troy is last team in. If UTA wins then the winner of Texas State and Troy will be the last team in.

After UTA needed a 5 sec three to win the first game, the Mavericks pull out an 87-86 win in 2 OT. Brandon Edwards with 33 points and 19 rebounds.

Texas State and Troy play for the 8th tourney spot this Saturday in a winner take all. The winner gets the 8th spot. The loser joins South Alabama in Suckville.

If South Alabama wins and Texas St. beats Troy then you have 3 teams with same record. Who gets 8th?

Texas State because they would be 3-1 against USA and Troy.

I hope to see video myself. Part of this is on the officials, there was a held ball between Van Slyke and Grives earlier, and Grives threw Van Slyke off him, and the two got up jawing, but no warnings were given.

The second time they got tied up, Grieves threw him down yet again, and Kirk decided to use his elbow to gently encourage Grieves to stop that. Unfortunately...his elbow appeared to miss Grieves and hit an official.

ASU will appeal, but that likely means Van Slyke will be suspended for Senior Night against the Cajuns.

Play woke ULM up. Warhawks were down 9 at the time, and had a grand total of 26 points. A few minutes later, it was a tie game. Thankfully, Townsel hit a big 3 and ASU held on to win 64-57.
