ASU beat a High School team back in the early 1900's...does that count?

Hope it wasn't the only one on your schedule that year, but
yes technically that would count. That was six years before they
even had the pass in football. Lot of colleges had to play whoever
they could with probably little travel money. Besides some high
school farmer kids were probably tough to beat back then and were
probably pretty old from taking off school when they had to farm or
pick crops.

Haha. Jonesboro is a city of 70K in the middle of a bunch of farms. Any local kid we sign is a farm kid just about.

Clark Kent was a farm boy.

Now you can see why some of us long for the good old days.
