The rest of our schedule seems manageable
The only game I don't think we have a reasonably good shot at winning is this Thursday at ULL. Of course, if we could win that we would be in great shape for a top 4 seed, considering they still have road games at GaSt, WKU, and ASU. Still have a decent chance with a loss, but we can't afford more than one loss after that.

I'm hoping we at least get in the Top 4. If we don't, has the program progressed in the past ten or eleven seasons? If in fact the league is weaker this season, as some have insisted, and we still can't do any better than fourth or even fifth, what does that say about where the program is right now?01-lauramac2

The main reason I would like to finish 4th is it will allow me to get to New Orleans a day later. Right now I have a place booked for Friday through Sunday. I've had trouble finding a decent place on Thursday, if need. On the other hand, I'd like to see us win a game and I think it's more likely we win a potentional 5/8 game compared to a 4/5 game. Right now I would guess we would play ASU or ULL in the 4/5 game. I'd actually like our chances in that game better if we have a win under our belts. If we lose the 5/8 game it's all irrelevant anyway. If we get to the semifinal, we won't get past GaSt- irreguardless if we've played one or two games.
