I have to be honest
After the non-conference season we had, no way in the world did I think we would be 7-3 in the Belt at this point.

I thought all along that our OOC schedule would either toughen or destroy us.

I think playing a lot of players throughout the OOC schedule is helping us now. Younger players like Stetson and Mo Isom and even Hill or able to come in and help some because they've had pretty solid minutes throughout the season. I don't think we've peaked yet. We could get better. Whether we're good enough to win against Ga State is still to be determined, but we've proved we can beat everyone else, except maybe ASU, and assuming we're at top strength when they come to LR, I think we can handle them.04-cheers

RE: I have to be honest
I felt like the league was down and we would have a chance to be 1 or 2. Steve's teams don't quit, so I felt like we would not fold.

the ooc was poor AFTER HAVING THE SUMMER PRACTICES and a let down. We should have been in and won some of those 50/50 games.

I did think we would turn it around.

bad part of this is we have the two main players hurt, which gives the excuse makers an excuse.

This thing still boils down to Steve and the whole package. I know nothing will happen either way for steve to go on but with no wn coming back next year, I don't know that we are top two in talent next year.

We could still be good next year but I would not have a whole lot of hope to win some ooc games next year at this point.
