Officials of the ACC and SEC spotted on Ga. Southern's campus. Our AD says he cannot comment at this time.

They were just stopping off I-16 for a bite to eat on their way to the golf courses in Hilton Head and were checking out the coeds on the GaSo campus.

You just lost most of the folks on this thread.
This is the south, we don't put much into soccer (at least we don't in Texas).
Now what I'm hearing is Jacksonville Jaguars to the Sun Belt. It's a win for us for sure: Gets us back into Florida, and we all need a guaranteed win.

-----In addition to R Cajun Sports we will have the Alligator people, the Duck people, and now the new HBO detective series----In addition Cajun cooking, features of all the festivals (Rice), (pepper), Sugar Cane), Frog, Yam, Zydeco, etc------What a great place to live!!!

I thought the Duck People were up in Monroe? You think ULM is going to sue if you take the Duck People?

The latest word from sources close to the situation is that negotiations for the SBC to get back into Florida are heating up. Details are being hammered out between league officials from the SBC and the SEC. Seems a trade is close at hand that will give the SBC the Florida Gators in exchange for the Georgia Southern Eagles. The SEC no longer views state lines as any obstacle and only want programs that win while the SBC needs the revenue that having a FL team will bring. The outcome seems to be hinging on a decision from Statesboro.... some say the Eagles may "pass" - but if history means anything -- They wont.

You guys are so full of $h!t. In three years GaSo will "be" the Sun Belt!
We will then be ranked in the top 8 of the nation and get an open bid to the newly expanded FBS playoffs of 8 teams. Sadly we will not win the NC, but will end up as the number 4 team in the nation.
