They've been talking about a 10,000 seat expansion and basketball arena for a few years now. There were some renderings released in 2012 I think, but I haven't heard anything substantial since.

Idaho's problem is location. They've got good academics and a good athletic budget. They're just located a long way from anybody outside of the MWC. I feel for them as I know how hard it is to compete in a conference where half the members are located two time zones away.

i just posted that all conferences need marquee teams
the ones i posted are most notable for all, with general agreements


i definitely see App State and Ga Southern entry and competition as having a lot of potential

You did beat us the year we beat Michigan (07), but it was in Boone. That game was a track meet. App had 557 yards of TO and the Eagles 435. It was also the year App brought home its 3rd straight NC trophy. The clip of the fumble was the 2010 game, won in OT.

All time record - modern era - is 12 wins for App and 9 for GSU. Longest winning streak is 3 games. Twice by App 95, 96, 97 - 11, 12, 13 and GSU 00, 01 & 02. App and GSU have faced each other 6 times with both teams ranked in the top 10, each wining 3. They have played 6 times with 1 team ranked #1, each winning 3. App has knocked GSU out of the top spot 2 times and GSU returned the favor once. GSU held serve 2 times to App's 1. App has been on a bit of a roll winning 4 of the last 5 and 7 of the last 10.

Yes that's right, my bad. Thanks for not making me look more like an idiot. No Amanti, thank goodness, in that game should have reminded me. That win was the beginning of the end of the dark years, as we like to call them. Four years of hell if you ask me. I think the crowed could sense the ship had been righted at the end of that game.
