We have no room to talk any smack talk... But we are getting better. We are a better team than last year IMO.

ASU goes up by 18 in the 2nd half, beats South Alabama 72-60. Rubit was held to 9 points, and four of those came in the final couple minutes with the game out of reach.

USA drops to 0-4 in league play. ASU is now 3-1 and plays @ The Fighting Ron Harrow's on Thursday.

We are almost like a different team now... I think our new coach is getting a grasp on things and the players are buying into it.

They looked good.

The inbounds plays produced shots and were adjusted to keep producing shots.

The two big things were everyone hit ft's and 3's.

Rebounding was good too.

They looked well coached and in sync.

Yes, everyone knew their role and where to go.

They lack some size but made up for it with hustle.

They had good spacing and created open looks.

A lot of the size and such has to do with recruiting or lack there of when Maestri was running the show.... That's a thing of the past.

I am looking ahead to Thursday. Georgia State by at least 20. Unless Brandon Reed goes off playing close to home, and in that case GSU by 7.

Some stats from the Bobcat win over ULM

Fewest points ULM has scored at home since 1958 versus McNeese St

Fewest points Texas St has allowed since 1985 versus Grambling
