I had not heard it before. Man that is a big hit for USF. Do you blame that on recruiters taking chances on risky kids. I know to be successful you have to do a certain amount of that. But it seems like that was a little much.

USF always offers more scholarships than slots available and usually have 3-5 that dont make it in. this year was a high one but 3-4 of those kids are expected to enroll in January.
