For the SBC memory I would have to say, since we just got started, becoming bowl eligible.

Our best moment has to be the 2005 TXST/GaSouth playoff game but, I'm a youngster as far as fandom is concerned (2004) and, that game isn't on youtube. I have it on DVD. (I set my VHS to record it and then transferred)

Terrible quality but the last play from this clip (3:04 mark) is one of my favorite memories. WR K.R. Carpenter leaped on a reverse from the 5 yard line and landed 3 yards deep in the endzone.

Oh they did so. VHS tapes were first out in the early 70's. I was alive so I know

Now, whether or not UTA was on TV to have a game recorded is another question. However, I am sure the team had game "tapes" of one sort or another

In all serious, a little known fact: the first ESPN college football broadcast was the September 6, 1980 game that debuted Maverick Stadium. UTA played North Texas State in front of a still-standing stadium record 18,033. Back then, only the main networks could air live NCAA games, so it was tape delayed, but it was still their first.

Also, if you have Netflix, a documentary on the pay-for-play scandal at SMU called Pony Excess has shots of Eric Dickerson running against UTA.
