When you say "program" do you mean athletic or football? I'd say they are pretty equal football programs. Memphis has basketball. I couldn't objectively tell you about the rest, I have not compared. ECU baseball is usually pretty good though.

I'm talking overall plus a bowl, with all things being equal they are the best of CUSA easy. The sports that people actually care about, I don't think there is any question. How can they be equal in football when Memphis has went to 3 straight bowl games. Right now Memphis is a better football program than ECU.

ECU hasn't done anything in over 6 years and Memphis has been to 3 straight bowl games, how does that make them equal in football? That's like saying that BYU is equal to Texas because they won a national title 20 something years ago.

Memphis: 24-13

ECU: 8-26 (5 straight non-winning seasons)

If some STILL think ECU has an advantage over Memphis...just throw in one more word: BASKETBALL.
