Just wait till the head coach at Georgia's top high school gets linked to the job by some message board fan, suggesting he's ready to make the jump to college.

Already heard one about Rance Gillespie who was OC here during the Hatcher years following a stint as HC at Peach County High School and is current HC at Valdosta High School (or is it Lowndes?).

Keel said to ignore the rumors about who is the next coach. Said the only rumor he hasn't heard is that he'll be the next coach himself.

App State fans would welcome him as the head coach; almost as much as BVG. Not that we wish you any bad coaching.

I just noticed on Army's schedule for next season that they are going to play football AT Yale?!?!?! I know Navy played a few games at Delaware but I think it's terrible when FBS schools play AT FCS schools.

Army is "FBS-independent-night-as-well-be-FCS".

Once they cancelled their HOME portion of a home-and-home series with Georgia Tech because they were trying to cut-down on injuries to their future soldiers, it was obvious they do not need to be in the FBS.

I believe their AD has been talking about playing MULTIPLE games per year against Ivy and Patriot League teams too.
