MBB: ASU's Gator Worsham quits team
Worsham, a Sophomore, was one of our best bench players, and would have been a starter next season.

Brady released a statement indicating that our staff and administration believe that someone has been recruiting our players illegally, and we will be taking action according to NCAA rules on tampering.

Seth Kisler, who will be back from two seasons of injuries this afternoon, will take his place.,

I have no idea what any of this means directly. I've heard stories of coaches illegally recruiting before, but never heard someone be accused of it.

Will be fascinating to see where he ends up after this. Georgia Tech would be hilarious.

We didn't release him from his LOI, so he'll be sitting for a while.

For everyone's sake hope they come down like a ton of bricks if some coach has been illegally recruiting existing players.

Tampering? if the kid is so good that other schools would break NCAA rules to get him.....

why is he only playing 13 minutes a game for a 5-3 team?

Maybe the kid just decided he didn't want to play for someone that values a one and done player like Brandon Reed who's getting twice the minutes and not even close to twice the production

I think its Jackson State. The Kid is from Mississippi, and Jackson just hired a head coach that's been all about local kids. We played them early this year. I could see him getting in their parents head that he could waste away on the bench at ASU behind a bunch of JUCO's and one and dones, or he could start at his hometown school.

At least they are the only one that it makes sense. Brady is mad because Gator never told him he was quitting...he just sort of left.
