Why do these teams need accommodating?

RE: Accomadations
UT-Arlington would play in the SunBelt if they restarted their football program as all their other sports currently play in the SB. There's been some talk of restarting the program, although I haven't heard anything in a while. They just opened a new basketball arena. Will have to see if they are able to draw any fans there this year. Could definitely be a program on the rise, would be similar to UT-San Antonio in my opinion, and could quickly pass them honestly.

As for the other schools mentioned, they would have to be invited by an existing FBS conference, which doesn't appear imminent, although that could change quickly.

Lamar University is wanting to move back into FBS as well, as they restarted their program a few years ago. If Wichita State restarted football, I would think Conference USA would invite them pretty quick.
