I'm impressed by BG.. haven't watched them till today. Really good D-line. UB had a good year but this club is a level above them.

Congrats to BG. Big win.

UB really took a major step forward this year. Good season.

UB-BG Game
Well that sucked.

Great job by RWS only shoveling snow from the seats on one side of the field. I had to sit there watching that cluster with wet gloves and wet shoes.

That was a good hard fought win for BG. Two of the best young QBs facing two pretty good defenses. Both teams have a bright future but I thnk BG is a year ahead of Buffalo. Last year's BG vs this years Buffalo is about even. I think BG grew up a lot this year after two straight tough losses to Miss St and Toledo.

Isn't it enough for me to say the name of your school once? But since you lost to the powerful MAC east Krakron today, I'll be kind and say it once more...Toledo. It took BG sinking to such depths for us to turn it around. Sometimes we must name the beast in order to overcome the beast. Just wait until next year you bunch of ...........05-stirthepot

By the way, congrats to Akron. You guys are going to be tough next year.

They are likely to be {+} ~ as the Hustle Belt write-up said, this was a dangerous game against a team that was more threatening than shown in their record.

{+ as likely as any team is in the MAC, where two or three key injuries in the wrong positions can open up a hole that cannot be filled.}

RE: UB-BG Game
The better team definitely won yesterday. Congrats to Bowling Green, you absolutely dominated us in the trenches. BG consistently stacked 8 in the box and sold out against the run and trusted their secondary to play shutdown man coverage and they did ALL DAY. It was really impressive. Bowling Green capitalized on key 3rd and 4th down conversions in the second half which really made the difference in the game.

Even when the score was 7-3 Buffalo, Bowling Green was really dominating the stat sheet. I think we all had the feeling that eventually they were going to break the game open if Buffalo continued to falter.

With that said, I hope you won't be offended if I'm not rooting for Bowling Green in the championship. NIU to the BCS would mean better chances UB goes bowling, and I do think they've earned it this season. Khalil Mack just needs .5 TFL to have sole possession of the NCAA record for TFL.

I think you guys will be the third or 4th pick out of the conference. You'll be fine. Ohio and CMU fans are the ones who really need NIU to win.

Took me a day to swallow how terrible our offense was (and yes it's because BGSU brought the pain)..

Congrats BG, I hope you don't mind if I root for NIU so that Buffalo will be guaranteed a Bowl.
