There is a difference between patting ourselves on the back and bragging. Troy has had a decent season to be proud of so far. It's late in the season and Troy has only one significant loss.
No one's bragging. You just don't like it when something good happens to Troy and we talk about it. You're just one of the usual posters who tries to devalue Troy's accomplishments. Nothing new here.

It's not bragging, it's called Trojan pride. We Are Trojans One-And-All..

RE: TROY Trojan Horse?
I agree TroyFootball05.
We deserve to be proud of our season so far. We are all Sun Belt fans here, we should be happy for our fellow Conference members' successes when they dont come at our own team's expense.
Seeing as how we haven't played Louisiana yet I don't see why you are being so negative CajunExpress. If we do well and y'all beat us, it makes the Cajuns look better. IF ya beat us.

But I fear it could be like a Trojan Horse coming in and we won't know what hit us... of course this is only if we are looking past you... and at what? I don't know... just saying.
I don't think it happens because Coach Hud has proven that he always has his men prepared for gameday... but you never know in this league.
Anyway, just wanted to say I'm glad to see the Trojans back on the winning side of this league after a few mediocre years. Good to have a traditional Sun Belt power back in the fold.
Dude, there is no need to be concerned now! There will be no Trojan Horse entering Cajun Field next week. Coach Blakeney found a way to stick his foot in his mouth once again and you won't have to worry about the Cajuns being Ready to play now.

RE: TROY Trojan Horse?
Fans take shots at Troy because many have very vivid memories of their 5 year title run when Troy ran over several teams. Only a few league teams have had any measure of consistent success against Troy (ASU and ULM come to mind) The rest still have memories of a lot of losses, and will do anything to keep the Trojans from winning it again.
Throw in the fact that we have a large number of Troy posters on the site, and most are eager to forget their mediocre last two seasons. They look at a 5-3 team right now with a tough schedule ahead and know that the path to an 8-4 style record will not be easy.

Is this the thread where we talk about Troy's entrance requirements?

Come on now, can you not sympathize with us wanting to put losing out of our minds and delete it from our vocabularies? That's what the SBC Title is all about.

Hmmmm...did this post seem pointless and rude to anyone else?
There's a few fans on here that take time out of their day to trash talk Troy. Seems like they rotate and it's CajunExpress's turn today.
Kind of amazed sometimes at how many do take shots, or attempted shots at Troy. Why? Is it from years of losing to Troy?
Good question.
Hold on not all Cajun fans feel that way I thought it was a good thread until that comment. I too am glad when any Ole timers are doing good. We all built this conference together and want to play games that matter. We (Cajuns) got a lot at stake in the Thursday game but its not our fight. I look forward to a good Thursday night match up on national t.v. Of course next week we will be butts. Stay healthy good luck to both. Besides we will have to beat both teams if we want an outright title.

Where did we say Cajun's in that set of comments? It's a couple cajun fans, a couple WKU fans, and some leftover UNT fans...
And thank you, sir! Good luck against NMSU. Should be a cakewalk.

As you can see, its not just cajun fans, and no where did I make reference to the Cajun fanbase to begin with as CajunExpress does not represent the entire fanbase. Its definitely not all cajun fans, and most of the new cajun posters are coming in with a great attitude. Can't say that about a lot of the older cajun posters.
