DC Crabfest Saturday October 19
The deadline to sign up for DC Crabfest is Tuesday October 15 at 5PM. Sign up at https://secure.www.alumniconnections.com..._id=155280 This event raises money for scholarships given out to Metro DC area kids attending JMU and is a great time. There will be a band, all you can eat crabs, shrimp, cake and corn. Beverages will include soda, water and a beer truck featuring Bud products and various Starr Hill beverages (owned and operated by a JMU Alum). If you have not been, it is a great time and the weather looks good right now. Crab, corn, shrimp, and beer tickets. How exactly does this go wrong?

It looks like we topped out at 477 paid guests for Saturday. A special thanks to our sponsor Starr Hill who sent a box full of purple Starr Hill shirts to hand out Saturday. If any of you zoners are in attendance, please stop by the crab pots to say hi and introduce yourselves.
