RE: Rutgers @ Louisville - Does Rutgers have any chance
Sometimes Louisville looks impressive and sometimes they look beatable. They are a good team but they definitely luck out by being in such a weak conference. I'm interested to see how they do in the ACC.

Rutgers' offense is impotent in this game. Their QB has played bad. They scored 51 on Fresno?

Bridge water sacked in the red zone and coughed up the football....Rutgers can tie the game if they can find any sort of passing game and drive here

Does anyone think there is any chance that Rutgers keeps it close. If Rutgers pulled off the miracle (17 point underdogs), Louisville's stock would drop like no other. It could even open up the top 16 rule for Fresno State or NIU as opposed to the top 12. I just ask this because the way the top 18 is set up this year, it will be tough for NIU and Fresno to move up. The top 18 this year is so much better than just a year ago.

Yes, Rutgers has a chance.

No, Louisville's stock wouldn't "drop like no other".

No, the top 18 is not "so much better" than just a year ago.

We want Louisville to win or Fresno's win over Rutgers looks even better.

A one loss Louisville team will still finish in the top 10 to 12.

Depends when the loss happens. Later in the year they will drop real far, early they may recover up. I still think unbeaten NIU finishes ahead of a 1 loss ville team

Also of interest tonight is SD St vs AF

Down 6-10 at halftime on CBSsports.

SD St lost to EIU.

In the grand scheme of things, I think this Louisville win is a good thing. Not sure NIU could have survived that boost to Fresno's resume.

Quote of the night

Pollack: In a one and done scenario, Louisville can beat anyone in the country.

Uh, no Mr. Pollack.

Rutgers is gonna win more games because the AAC is so terrible. Think of all the bad teams in that conference they can load up wins on -- Temple, USF, UConn, etc. Meanwhile, Iowa will have a tough time getting 3 or 4 wins in the Big Ten.

The computers also know how bad those teams are too though, Rutgers wont get much credit for beating them just as we wont get much credit for the bulk of the MAC schedule, its a wash.
