Why honor the 1966 team this year? That is usually done on an anniversary year. What's special about 47 years?

Sucks that the coolest helmet during my adulthood is worn while I'll be in Chicago.

47 was Michael Irvin's number in college. Maybe hookers and blow for the 66 Broncos?

seems weird they'd honor the 66 team and not the 88 team, seeing as it's 25 for the 88 team, then honor 66 in 2016

Those helmets are awesome. They should be permanent.

The 88 team was honored at the KSU game. Molde was there with a lot of the players.

The helmets back then had a brown stripe down the middle and white plastic or gray coated metal face masks (not brown).

But the bucking Bronco decal is cool.

Those were the days.

VERY cool helmets. They should be permanent.

But they should be exactly like they were, not modern recreations.
