Tailgate Recipe of the Week:
Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
(serves 6)

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons chipotle chile powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins

Directions

1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
2. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle chile powder, salt, and brown sugar. Place tenderloins in bag and shake, coating meat evenly. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange meat on grate. Cook for 20 minutes, turning meat every 5 minutes. Remove from grill, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

RE: Tailgate Recipe of the Week:
Sounds awesome. That would never be 6 servings in my family though.

Since it is pork I'm assuming this will be well-done? I just can't eat any meat that is not well done (or very close to it).

As long as I don't have to wonder about it, I'm ok...

BTW, my employer provided pulled pork BBQ, cole slaw, mac & cheeze, and sweet potato pie for dessert.

There's no point to that, I just wanted to rub it in...

I made chicken alfredo tonight. It was delicious... 05-stirthepot

I hope everyone enjoys the recipe. It's not bad. I have to make a substitution for the onions, since I'm allergic to 'em. But my end result is very similar...
