And how did that go for you?
How is your basketball program, how many times did you make it to the dance?
As many times as you have ever been in a power anything. We did have two top 10 wins in hoops over a final four D. Wade lead team, an accomplishment you have never sniffed.

Again, how is your basketball program? You hve had years of being in a good basketball conference, while UCF was in the ASun, playing in a high school gym, yet we beat ECU THREE times this year.

right and you couldn't beat transitional D1 teams like S. Dakota. We suck at basketball an you might be one level whole level better not that it maters but our Sargarin was like 285 and yours was 215. Brag away lmfao. We have a new coach and he was left chick $hit as one of our player transfered to Pitt, one to Marquette, and one to Xavier. You would dream to have players that level. Its a transition.

The conference took a turn for the worst adding programs like yourself and that's part of the reason many ECU fans are unhappy and don't care to be in CUSA anymore.
Just trying to help.
When a conferences takes a "turn for the worst adding programs like yourself (UCF)......", it might be a good idea to BEAT that team that made the conference WORSE on your homefield during homecoming....and not get SWEPT in Basketball.
Just a thought....just trying to help.

No, we just really don't like ECU fans.

That is an awful strong response
Are some of these people on this board a-wipes? Sure
But most are just fanatical about their team and are in reality just like you and me. Part Fan, part smart ass, part good guy

TexMark, you are correct about most fans but, not KThug. The only reason I have a UCF motto in my sig is K Thug has an ECU motto. Both are not true but, he has a problem with ECU, so I have a problem with him.

I just noticed this..
"
ECU Motto: "We suck now, but just look at what we did 15 years ago!"
Funny thing is we actually won a bowl over a BCS team in 2000. UCF = Still chasing the dream.

Ok so how many bowls and BCS games have you won since 2000? lmfao You've still done nothing to even hang your hat on. So we hang our had on stuff 5 years ago, at least we have a rack. You need a rack first bro. As Steve Logan would say, "You got to do it, before you can do it"

Jonesing,
UCF is a 'never been" and they know it. KThug has a hard on for all things ECU. He can only hope for the fan support and passion for football that ECU has. UCF is building for the future but, so is everyone else. College football is built on the pass traditions and glories, not one year of decent football.
Motto should read:
ECU- We were an average team last year but, we are better this year.
UCF- Our coach is a liar, our tradition is a farce, let's give the disgraced coach a 10 year contract

yes
ECU fan, when you have to use tradition in your arguments, its because your future is not looking so good.

I don't think so.
Example: See University of South Florida...Full BCS Member
I think you are living in the PAST...College landscape has CHANGED.
Tradition is nice...but it doesn't pay the bills.
Heck...location (i.e. hotbed recruiting area) might be one of the best reasons why some teams are attractive to other teams in a conference.
Tradition is nice to have...and ejoyable for fans...but obviously, it doesn't have that much weight in this new collegiate landscape.
KL
PS. If GOL is sooooooo BAD/WRONG for UCF....shouldn't ECU fans be THRILLED that he is "stuck" at UCF for the next 10 years?

KLight you seem to have a brain, so I will respect you. KThug (Knight Time) can take his little motto and stick it. I will remove my UCF motto when his is removed.
Not living in the past, just reality. UCF had a good year, ECU have average year in the first year of our coach's tenue. Skip won twice as many games as the previous guy with the same players. The team finished strong, so I have nothing but optimism. ECU has and always will come back. Its the nature of non-bcs football. Runs in cycles. UCF may have another good year but, so will ECU. Bet on it.
I am very happy that UCF has GOL. I am much more pleased that ECU has Skip Both coaches will do well, we hope. Without BCS inclusion, neither has an easy job.
U of west central Tampa was in the right place at the right time.

I guess if nothing good is happening now, you can just keep re-hashing what you did 10 years ago.

See you in Orlando.

Bottom line...because of leadership at UCF and ECU...both schools have a very bright future ahead.
Both schools though have "not pleasant" posters...but I try to just stick with facts and leave emotion out of most of my post.
Hope a lot of ECU fans make the trip to O-Town this fall...and help say GOOD BYE to the Citrus Bowl with UCF!
