Yeah, and with the NCAA hassling the new FBS additions about attendance they may already be dead in the water. I think they average around 8K a year.

That would actually be Northwestern State from the Southland. They're pretty turrible.

It's extremely unlikely but still plausible. Things change, 4 years ago there was no way in hell Georgia Southern would get a look, but administration at the conference and at our school changed in that time and here we are now.

Have to finally disagree with you on something. Liberty could not even get a nomination for admission to the SBC during at least three meetings of members. No one would even propose them after being asked. No way now or in the future that Liberty is in the Sun Belt.

Ok, point taken, I took them off the list. If anyone ask, I will refuse to add Chattanooga, and I hope the few of you that liked them this off season saw their loss and attendance last night. We need to avoid them at all cost.

I mean to say... Would adding Missouri State cause the Sun Belt to become a 2 bid conference?

I dunno.

Missouri State has a good location.
Think, besides basketball, that is their biggest asset to us.
As I recall, decent sized school and campus.
Has an additional potential of not being concerned about moving to
another conference or up if they join us, gives us more stability.
They are not in a certain Gulf Coast conference that many SBC teams
do not want move up's from.
Sound good?

I'm still expecting for JMU to return our call next spring and join us for 2015.
