Chris Vaughn
Chris Vaughn has a very good combination of size and speed. He always looked good at ND practices and the spring game.

He is over 6'4" and has been clocked at 4.4 and below in the 40.

He has great leaping ability and is a great physical receiver.

His problems at Notre Dame were that he was always suspended and in the doghouse due to academics and disciplinary violations (nothing too major).

He played very little last year and was already suspended for the entire upcoming 2006 season as well due to grades so he figured that he might as well transfer.

His initial choice for as transfer destination was Michigan but Weis would not give his release to play for a team that ND plays every year.

His next choice was Louisville. I think that the Cardinal have obtained a very good receiver who ought to put up some very nice numbers in his three years of eligibility.
