Am I missing something? Is Troy going to have a down year? Is this a rebuilding year for the Trojans? If so, they haven't had one of those in a while.

Vandalbasher, we've had two down years in a row now, 2011 and 2012. Before that though, we were the Sun Belt's "big dawg" football program.

Hopefully we can get back to our winning ways. Former DC Jeremy Rowell has FINALLY been replaced, with Wayne Bolt. Our defense has been horrible for years now, it was needed badly. UAB will be a good indicator to how Troy will fare this season, I'm expecting a win...just don't know by how much yet. Sure would hate to start off the year with a loss to the Blazers, that would be very embarressing and discouraging.
