Played in eight games as reserve wide receiver and served as primary kick returner in two contests …averaged 27.6 yards per kickoff return … caught his first pass against Texas Tech for nine yards … logged a reception for 17 yards versus Nicholls … returned five kickoffs versus Northwestern Statefor 124 yards, including a 59-yard long … returned four kickoffs for 141 yards, including a 81-yard game opening return to set up a touchdown.

Sat out the season as a redshirt.

Kid is small but he's a nice weapon to have. Great at short passes over the middle, (no pun intended), and gets under defensemen for decent yardage. Really great on 3rd downs.
