Re: Love Handles
Krocker Krapp Wrote:I have a good question. Who has experienced success in getting rid of love handles? Which exercises were the most effective for you? Just doing sit-ups doesn't cut it. The elliptical machine, torso twists, and side bends are not producing results fast enough either. It's so frustrating.

The thing is I've never even been fat in my life. I figured losing 20 pounds in four months ought to do the trick, but there's just a little bit of side pudginess that refuses to vanish. All the sit-ups have made my stomach very solid again, but I want the physique of an underwear model.

The sad thing is the belly is the hardest fat to lose!

If you tried suicide 3 times and are still here, you must not be trying very hard. Always remember what my grandfather said... "Little boys try. Men get the job done."

Weight Loss Pills
Here is another question. Has anyone used weight loss pills before and with what amount of success? I started taking Dexatrim seven weeks ago, but only on days that I work out. Based on the directions, it seemed simpler to go on than most of the other brands.

I'm not sure if it's really doing much of anything for me, though. I still lose roughly the same amount of weight per workout as before. Maybe it's because I don't take a pill every day, but I don't need one every day. I wonder if I got too obsessed with my waistline.
