Man NIU got totally jobbed in the poll... they want to make sure a one loss NIU does not sniff the mid teens again..

They put a Fresno State team that only won 9 games and got beat by a 6-6 team in their bowl game 43-10 ahead of us, lol

Utah State needs to prove they are not a one-hit wonder. They have had a pretty bad program outside of last season.

We should definitely be ahead of those two teams. Only mid-major who has a legitimate resume to be ahead of us is Boise State.

Utah State had a good squad two years ago as well. They were only 7-6 but if you remember they were the team that in Week 1 nearly knocked off defending nat'l champs Auburn before a miraculous 4th qtr comeback and lost 4 other games by 3pts or less, including a last second TD by Ohio in their bowl game.

I wouldn't rank them above NIU but I wouldn't be surprised if they won 9 games this year either.

The MAC needs a couple more years like the last, that and some rebranding...

There is no doubt about that. The BCS coaches will not let what happen last year happen again. Maybe it is time for the MAC coaches in the poll to be just as unreasonable and vote MAC schools higher than they deserve. NIUFilmmaker that is the reason the MAC did not get treated well in the poll, because the MAC had a great year, they are putting the MAC back in its place.
