Former MAC Freshman of the Year, BG Jr. RB Anthon Samuel has taken his skills to South Beach. Samuel has transferred to FIU.

BG expected to lose him although we held out a little hope he might return. His wife and child live down there and he wanted to be closer to them given he lost his father at a young age. So we wish him well but we also have a good stable of RBs (Martin, Givens, Hopgood, Greene), some walk ons and 4 incomming recruits from Florida.
