There's nothing wrong with judging our fellow humans. We are often required to do so. Such as the illegal alien who rapes & murders four young girls. I have no problem judging him guilty and administering the death penalty. Or white-collar criminals like Bernie Madoff; I would have no problem judging him and sending him away for 100 years.
