Here's an article regarding conference realignment's affect on smaller conferences for college basketball. The CAA is discussed, and there are a couple mentions of ODU's move to Conference USA. JMU also becomes a focal point of moving to C-USA. The info isn't anything new, but I found Tom Yeager's quote interesting.

I wouldn't put much stock in anything Yeager says. Yeager knows it's coming, because it's inevitable. Surprised he even responded. He really isn't one for good PR.

JMU moving to CUSA would be good and bad for ODU. Good winnable close to home rivalry to drive up interest, but it also will make recruiting that much harder.
I don't know if CUSA or AAC would have been better, but the sooner we can move to ACC the better.
