EP is doing the Cajuns and the Sun Belt proud. He has started every game for the US in the FIBA U19 World Championship tournament, and has leads the team in minutes played, as well as being among the leaders in rebounds, assists, steals, and scoring.

This after being added to the tryout roster at the last minute.

The US drilled Canada in the Quarterfinals of the tournament today 109-67.

RE: Elfred Payton
USA wins gold. EP had a great defensive game, with 5 steals and six assists to go with 9 points and only one turnover.
