Yep. I am shocked they wouldn't go after any of the many up and coming NBA assistants that will likely make future head coaches. This guy is a college mid major system coach and it is hard to see it translate to the NBA.

That said, he is about as sharp a guy that there is in the college game. And for some, coaching the Celtics is a lifetime dream. Big news. I wo uld've guessed that Shaka would have moved on first.
