Did he commit to UAB or did he commit to Haase?

Pretty sure we've been burnt in the past. It's awesome to get this commitment, but it is still simply a verbal commitment. Come November, if he actually signs, that's when we can get really excited. I'm just excited about the caliber of players Haase is drawing interest from right now. He is definitely moving the program in the right direction, and very quickly at that.

Every school has had players decommit before. Doesn't mean we should automatically expect it to happen. Certain posters always expect the worse to happen and cannot enjoy good news waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I saw it too, and just had to laugh. He tagged the story on the back of a report about Bama getting another football commitment. At least he's paying attention...a little. Apparently he thought SF was an abbreviation for "safety." Pretty typical, and pretty funny, in a sad sort of way.

Well, when Karle is wanting to interview Lewis after he gets his first double double as a freshman phenom at UAB, Sullivan can say,,, is that "Karle" Simon who wants to talk to me??
