since this is bbq related and i didn't feel like combing the catacombs for a more pertinent thread, i dug this one up.

this past weekend i not only attended a bbq festival, but i even participated. the ohio river town of madison, indiana is home to ribberfest, an amateur and professional bbq hootenanny! my buddy and his family have been competing in this festival for quite some time now, in fact, their family alone hosts four teams. robert randolph and kenny wayne sheppard played the main stage at dusk. anyways, this year i was an honorary member of the family and i made an alabama white sauce. now i should have asked y'all earlier for a recipe, but i modified my own and it was delicious. have y'all ever tried this particular sauce, and if so, have a recipe to share?
