You know at uf the saying is put the band on the field and he kicked willgo straight up the middle at 55 yards. We used to watch in amazement when the kicker would kick great over the band. Then come Saturday stink up the whole stadium with really bad kicks.

If you remember former Auburn qb Reggie Slack, he was a tuba player in HS. When a friend of mine beat him out for 1st chair Reggie quit the band & went to play football in his junior year of HS.

I have no idea who Rick Stockstill is, I am familiar with a Rick Standstill who was the offensive coordinator at ECU.

Yep. Whatever Callaway's skill level as an HC, he knows the offensive line backwards and forwards. Apparently playing tuba in the marching band at a historically black school helps a kid develop outstanding footwork. Which, most know, is the hardest thing to teach offensive tackles.

Whatever. I remember that ECU football team, ever so famous for its defense, which was horrifyingly bad. The offense wasn't that bad. He's doing fine at MT, thank you very much.
