Tough loss, but great showing by FAU.

Very disappointing but hey they fought. Better than going down easy in the 9th and losing 6-2 or 6-3. Game didn't get any coverage on Sportscenter or anything though and I feel it would have had they pulled it out.

I saw it on sportscenter this morning....so, are you guys done? (sorry, I really don't follow college bb much).

They played great, but, unfortunately, they're done. NCAA Regionals are double elimination. College baseball is really under-appreciated. You should check out a few games. Rice is still in, and the games should all be on ESPN networks the rest of the way out.

Yeah with the terrible PR year we have had, it would have been nice to be the cinderella of this tourney. For those that don't know though, FAU did make the Super Regionals in 2002. So they would have had to win another round to beat their best year ever. They have been close and fought hard in many regionals but only broke through that one time.

Still a very solid mid major baseball program. Hopefully CUSA can help them rise even more.

Everybody is still talking about the game on social media.
