Actually the Jags are losing quite a few seniors. The Cajuns will be very dangerous again next year. We are only losing 2 seniors, and neither of them are starters this year.

Don't get me wrong, the Jags will still be a solid team obviously... but you have your head up your rear end if you think you will walk into this conference and only have 1 team that will be your "main" competition in baseball.

You're coming into a conference that has been a multi-bid conference for regionals every year since 2003 except for last year. And 7 out of those 10 years we had 3 or 4 teams in. This league is a tough one.

I'll add in UTA and Texas State are both strong historically in baseball. UTA just wrapped up the second seed in the WAC today. Can't speak for the Bobcats, but UTA has only four seniors and maybe one junior who gets drafted. We should be better next year.

The Sun Belt will be no joke.

It already is no joke.

I am referring to next year. I am aware of its talent, and have been for a decade plus. I was referring to the comment of one poster whose team will step into the Belt next year and have one team as their competition.
