Well, here's the skinney:
1(ACC has 14, plus Notre Dame
2) SEC has 14.
3) Big has 14
4)So 12+ teams is the P5 Target.
A) The Big 12 needs at least 2 more teams, could add 2 more teams to reach 14.
B). PAC 12 could go to reach 14 or they could hold at 12.

Conclusion: 2 to 6 teams could move up yet. My opinion is the Big 12 adds two 2 from this group:

Cincinnati
Connecticut
BYU

And this will end expansion in the P5 for some years to come.

Basketball realignment talk will continue on to give the expansion junkies their fix. When you have 30 odd conferences and over 300 teams, there will always be something to make hoops fans 03-weeping03-banghead03-confused or 03-idea

but football realignment for now is a 05-deadhorse

Until the Power 5 break away from the NCAA.
