It's modern, but also understated, which I like.
Stoked to renew the rivalry with troy.

GaSo are the only ones with "traditional" uniforms in the conference. Nice clean look. Just like Alabama but I think that y'all stick to one thing and hold onto it. I remember the revolt when they changed.

Good question. I'd say an original classic/traditional, much like FAU's old uniforms. Very simple, but unique to Troy. From the script on the chest to the stripe on the helmet, you know it's Troy's when you see it.

Well I'm glad people like our uniforms, we think they're pretty sporty.

What are you going to ask everyone about next?

How they like the street lights in Troy? The grass on campus? The cafeteria? The 3rd tree from the left right pass the sign on the fifth corner near the rear parking lot of the football stadium?

You constantly post these stupid ass questions in order to build your sense of self worth which you have tied directly into this forum.

RE: Best Uniform?
I'm a big fan of Louisiana's uniforms, but for me (and it's purely a personal thing) I don't like just lettering on the helmet. The exception to that being stAte, as I identify stAte with ASU more than I do the wolf (and not a fan of the wolf logo).

And I'm not a fan of the color of the Georgia State uniform.

I certainly appreciate though... the classic look of Georgia Southern's. It's sharp, simple, and good colors.

Basically, I like everyone's uniforms except Georgia State's, and WKU (TOO little, if you ask me).

I'd say that was rather uncordial of you Paul. I'm shocked. 04-jawdrop

Adidas did a great job of giving all of us mid-majors the shaft when it came to the same uniforms. We have the same wings as Bowling Green and Eastern Michigan. Think about that, two teams in the same conference have the same jersey. What a rip off!
But God forbid if Michigan or Notre Dame (both Adidas programs) ever have anything similar to another school.
What were y'alls uniforms before the Adidas claws? Ours was a great original classic set, with a consistent stripe from the helmet, to both navy blue and white jerseys, to the white pants. Damn I miss those.

I have to completely agree with your Adidas comment.
I preferred the old classic maroon and gold outfits. Simple, but sharp.

Looks clean; no garbage on the side of the sleeve. Only difference besides that is a larger script on the chest, with the colors inverted (white w/ gold outline to gold w/ white outline). One last question. Do y'all have a maroon shirt with white pants option? And if you do, are the numbers gold or white? Thanks! Eat 'em up!

They have worn that combo before but I don't recall them having done so in 2012. The maroon top (in previous seasons) would have been the same a they wore with the gold pants.

Here's the "old" white on white

I defiantly prefer the clean Adidas's to the Nike's from 2005. I think this photo is from the time Barrick Nealy crushed the dreams of Georgia Southern and led us to the Semi Finals
